About
If you are teaching children about God, you are a true unsung hero. It’s such an important job! It’s also a difficult job, and finding the right resources and preparation time to do it properly is near impossible. Scribble Faith can help by providing you with versatile Bible printables.
Hi. I’m Clayton. I do the drawings here at Scribble Faith, and I guess I do everything else. I built this website to help supplement your teaching of Biblical truths to children. I do this by combining my creative passion (my scribbles) with my love of Jesus (my faith). You can read more about me and my family below, but first, let’s talk about Scribble Faith.
Simply, Scribble Faith is a website offering printables made from Bible verses.
Bible printables are an excellent way to teach kids about God. You can meet them at their level and engage them with the truth.
Scribble Faith membership is perfect for:
- Christian parents and caregivers
- Sunday school teachers
- Teachers at Christian schools
- Adults who like colouring in
What Makes Scribble Faith Different?
1. Bible verses five ways!
Central to every post on Scribble Faith is a new and unique illustration based on a Bible verse. This forms the colouring sheet, however I incorporate the illustration into four other printables. So from one illustration, I make five printables. This is what I’m calling “five ways”. Each post has:
- a colouring page,
- a colour poster print,
- a spot-the-difference (with answers),
- a word search (with answers),
- and a ‘crack the code’ puzzle (with answers).
I’m hoping that this helps with differentiation and makes things easier for you. Every kid is different and you want some options. We know there are some kids who will yawn at a colouring sheet, but love a word search. My plan is to make things as multipurpose and useful as possible.
2. Editable documents!
Not only does each post have ‘5 ways’, you’ll also get three editable Microsoft Word documents, which include:
- an editable colouring sheet,
- an editable poster print,
- and an editable spot-the-difference.
This means you can change the wording to suit your needs. So, for example, if you like the colouring sheet for 1 John 3:11, but your memory verse is 1 John 3:16, then you can simply change it out. Similarly, if you don’t like the translation I have used, you can change it to something that works better for you. You can also change the language so it’s great for bilingual and multilingual situations.
My printables are a little more symbolic and abstract than most Bible printables, so they are versatile and I’m sure you can adapt them to your needs.

3. A different style
My guess is that printables on this site are a bit different to other Christian printables you’ve seen. Scribble Faith is made by one guy, and that’s me. I’m an illustrator and a graphic designer and I’ve developed a unique style over many years. I attempt to make my scribbles as wide reaching as possible and like to make them modern, playful and fun. I also want to engage both boys and girls. I’m hoping my style is a welcome addition to Christian households around the world.
More about me!
And finally, this is a picture of me, my wife and my daughter. They are fabulous! We live together halfway between Brisbane and Ipswich in sunny Queensland, Australia. I like to scribble. So does my daughter. My wife, not so much, but we all have a blast together.
This website is small and a labour of love. It’s just getting off its feet and any support you can give us would be much appreciated.
Also, we’d love it if you shared photos of how you’re using our printables in use on social media. That would be wonderful!
